TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Our temperature sensors are available in two models — PT100 and PT1000 — depending on their output resistance values. This distinction is based on the sensor’s resistance output (in ohms, Ω), ensuring full compatibility with measurement systems.
In resistance-type sensors (RTDs), the platinum resistance element changes its electrical resistance in relation to temperature. RTDs, the most widely used type of sensor in the industry, provide reliable measurement performance across a wide temperature range from -200°C to +600°C.
These sensors are used in specialized applications such as ship tank systems and are available in lengths ranging from 2 meters to 20 meters, depending on tank size. All models feature a 3-wire connection system, which enhances measurement accuracy and minimizes errors caused by cable resistance.
With their corrosion-resistant construction and long-lasting performance, our PT100/PT1000 sensors can be safely used even under the demanding conditions of the marine environment.
